This Beautiful Day?

It's a beautiful day
It's a wonderful day
This September day
The sky is gloomy
But it is still a nice day
Boom, Boom, Boom
It sounds like thunder
Yet I see no rain,
Boom, Boom, Boom
It is not ending
O what is happening?
Is it the end
end of the world?
I see something moving
Moving on the horizon
Moving to towards us
Zooming across the sky
It is the angels flying overhead dropping something on us
Is it the end of time?
Kaboom, kaboom
The angels dropping, exploding
I hear a rumble coming over
Over the hill
It is many many vehicles rumbling
They are coming near
The have guns and are here
They shout something that I did not understand
One of the boys told me to raise my hands over
Over my head
So I would not be dead
They loaded us into a truck
With some of my friends
And some of my family
A screech was heard and we were off
They drove,
Along the road
For sometime that I did not count
I did not know where we were going
Or why we were going
Did I commit a crime?
When we arrived to this place
It look like jail
As the gate opened wide
I wonder what crime did I commit?
The truck drove inside the wall
I saw life,
These people looked like me
They talked like me
Yet, they had no food
As the truck came to a stop
They yelled at us
And pushed us
I found
Found my
My Mother
Father
Brothers
Sisters
We were given a place
A place stuffed filled
Filled with others just like us
Impoverished to say the least
They gave
Gave us this thing
This thing that looked
Looked like food
My younger brother
And I looked for food
Yet we found none
Days pass,
My older brother is sick
So sick I can not see him
When I come back home from looking for food
I see my mother
My mother crying
My younger brother tells me
He is dead
Dead
My family mourns
Mourns for a week
My younger brother finds a hole
A hole in the wall
Big enough for him to fit
But not me
He goes quickly
I wait
And wait
Not knowing if he is alive
Comes back
After sometime
With a large bag
A bag filled
Filled with potatoes
At least we will survive
Survive for another week
My younger sister
Ran towards the fence to meet my brother
What look like guards
Shot her,
Not in her brain or heart
But in her legs
And arms
They let her die slowly
Days turn into weeks
Some one came
Came and took
Took my father
We tried to survive
Weeks flowed by
When he returned
He,
He was different
Different person
His eyes were black and blue
I see dried blood over his torn clothes
That he is wearing on his beaten body
I do not understate
What crime did I commit?
The time passed as slow
Slow as my body deteriorated
I wonder when is my time over
Over for a crime I do not know
I had hopes when we were loaded
Loaded into trains
But my hopes disappeared as I realized how little space I had
They threw us into train cars not for humans
But for cows,
That was the last time I would see
See my mother
And my only alive sister
As the train moved I saw my father
My father next to me with my younger brother sick
Sick and dying in his hands
As the train moved farther from our home
My brother moved farther from life
As the train stopped at our destination
My brother stopped breathing
He and about ten others in our train car
I heard the screams
Screams of my friend
They came
Came with guns and forced us off
Off the train into a line
A line for what looked like evaluation
My father was sent to a building to work
Those were the last words I heard from him
I was sent to the right
I was told to march
They had us wait
Wait for a minute
I saw a friend of my fathers
He dragged a body
A body of death into
Into a fire
Then I was shoved into
Into a room
A room filled with boys
All under the age of ten
As the door closed tight
Something began to seep from the ceiling
Boy after boy dropped dead
After minutes it ended
All the boys were dead
I was barely alive
A man who looked like me
Was going to drag me into the fire
But when he realized I was alive he tried to save me
Bang
He falls dead on me
As he heard my last breath
